Pool Noodles - Available in a variety of colours and sizes with diameters typically ranging from 2 1/2" to 3 1/2". Some noodles have a hole through the center.
Noodle Connectors - These connectors extend the function of the pool noodle and serve a variety of purposes. They allow the noodles to be combined or shaped into many different toys.
Backer Rod - The main application of this product is for concrete precast building. It is inserted between the concrete panels to fill the gap providing a 'backer' for the caulking that is applied. Available in 1/4" to 1 1/4" diameters, which are packaged in rolls, and thicker diameters of 1 1/2" to 4" which come in cartons of 6 foot lengths.
Roll bar padding / cushion - These tube-shaped extrusions are made for a variety of purposes, primarily for covering bars or rods to prevent impact injuries. Applications range from roll bars on vehicles and bumper cars, to cushioning for bike handles, strollers etc.
Custom profile - Each customer is unique, and very often so are their foam requirements. Alcot can work with you to determine the best fit for your application and create a unique die to handle that shape.
Mattress components - Foam acts as a support throughout a mattress. Different shapes are used for corners, side and interior supports to keep the mattress firm and prevent damage to the coils.
Anti-rattle Sleeves - This thin diameter tube is generally used around wires within the door of a car to prevent rattling and noise. Alcot's technology is unique in the industry to be able to consistently provide uniform quality for this product.
Foam Screen Door (Window) Spline - This thin product is used for holding screening securely in windows or doors allowing continued support of the screen regardless of expansion/shrinkage effects of weather conditions. This type of spline gives makers of screen frames leeway in tolerances of the frames for easier installation.
